Sandra Yin

Sandra is an intellectual property lawyer based in Taiwan, with a focus on Taiwan’s trade secrets law. She represents intellectual property owners in transactions as well as litigation to safeguard the value of clients’ IP assets while minimizing legal risks. She also advises businesses on contracts and transactions, governance, and compliance with corporate law and employment law.

Sandra has the unique experience of both practicing law in Taiwan and clerking in the US judicial system. She has extensive experience dealing with complex legal issues as well as cross-border, high dollar value cases.
